CANCELLATIONS

At Gorgeous Hair Boutique, we do our best to make sure all your needs are taken care of.

 

If you have to cancel or change your appointment, please let us know 48 hours before your scheduled time, otherwise you may be charged if you would like to rebook.

If your arrive more than 15 minutes late to your appointment will we have to shorten your service, or cancel.

DEPOSITS

We require a 25% deposit for services under £60, anything over requires 50% it will be taken off your final bill. Deposits are non-refundable on failure to turn up for your appointment or change of appointment without 48 hours’ notice. 


SKIN TEST

New clients will need to pop into the salon no less than 48 hours before their appointment for a quick skin test.

​

Colouring services will not be carried out without a skin test. 

​

GIFT VOUCHERS

​

We have gift vouchers that you are able to purchase in the salon. 

​

Gift vouchers last for 6 months from the date issued. They will not be accepted beyond the expiry date.
